Yoga and Himalayan Salt

The newly expanded Solay Wellness Center, in Skokie, is now offering yoga classes in a room encased in Himalayan salt, providing healthier breathing amidst the ambient glow of beautiful Himalayan crystal salt lamps. The natural ionized crystal salt creates a nourishing environment that cleanses the air naturally, while charging it with the healthy ions found in a saltwater breeze.

Classes are offered on Mondays from 6:30-7:45 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 7-8:30 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9:30-11 a.m. Call before attending to reserve a place in class.

Solay Wellness also offers massage therapy and reflexology in the pure environment of Himalayan salt. Special salt room sessions are particularly beneficial to those with respiratory illnesses or skin conditions.
