Free Stress Workshop at Lakeview Integrative Medicine

Dr. Silvia Panitch

Lakeview Integrative Medicine will present a free Biofeedback and Stress Recovery workshop at 6:15 p.m., October 21, with a live demonstration of how people can recover from stress and strengthen their health profile.

Stress recovery teaches self-management of stress, improves health and strengthens treatment that patients are already receiving for many medical conditions, including anxiety, panic attacks and PTSD, diabetes, high blood pressure, headaches, pain and chronic pain, digestive and intestinal disorders, sleep disruption, insomnia, asthma, COPD and addictive disorders like drugs, alcohol, smoking and overeating.

Lakeview Integrative Medicine, under the direction of Dr. Silvia Panitch, incorporates both Western and Eastern modalities in the treatment of her patients. She empowers them with motivation, information and diagnostic tools to take an active role in their health and healing.

Admission is free. Copay for therapy waived if first session is attended in Oct. Location: 3344 N. Ashland Ave., Chicago. For registration and more information, call 773-525-6595.
