Learn the Benefits of Massage at Whole Health Acupuncture

Whole Health Acupuncture is holding a community event, Introduction to Massage, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., September 12, presented by Mary Pat Payne, LMT. Participants will learn the basics of couples massage, self-massage, stress relief, stretching and deep breathing. Talks begin on the hour, followed by demonstrations, practice and free chair massages.

Payne is a licensed massage therapist with 15 years of experience and offers integrated, or therapeutic massage at Whole Health Acupuncture. Her style combines several massage techniques that include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point and myofascial release with stretching and other bodywork modalities to create a customized session.
