Gong Bath Meditation
– 1-2:30pm. The sound of the gong creates deep relaxation, freeing you from the flood of thoughts your mind releases and stimulates the glandular system to a higher level of functioning. Allow your entire body to relax and let the sound of the gong penetrate the body and guide the mind, reducing tension, releasing blocks and stimulating circulation.
