GET FIT EGV will be hosting StandStrong as they demonstrate and share with our exceptional community a couple of things about self defense. This event is open to all ages and fitness levels. Public service members are highly encouraged to be present.

Time: 10am to Noon
Introduction and orientation starts promptly at 10am, 10:30am class, followed by a healthy snack made by one of our very own Chef Mike at 11:30am. We are #ElkGroveStrong! Let's get fit together! Once registered, you will be directed to StandStrong's website to learn more about them.
