Ellen Katz (aka Radha) will conduct a free two-hour IAM (Integrated Amrita Meditation) class—A Gift From Amma, at 2 p.m., December 3, at Inner Balance, a conscious, healing space in Northbrook. Katz is a licensed psychotherapist, music therapist and a life coach who uses integrative medicine practices to help people connect with them and achieve the ability to self-regulate moods, emotions and even chronic habits and thoughts.

Inner Balance was designed to provide a wide array of mindful programs, many of which are free or offered on a donation basis for the general public.
