Wilmette’s Zero Balancing Launches Wellness Series

Mary H. Murphy, owner of the Zero Balancing Wellness Center, in Wilmette, is offering a new series of evening wellness programs designed to support healthy balance of mind, body and spirit.

The 2013 wellness series begins with Developing Your Intuition, from 7 to 9 p.m., February 26, with America Martinez, an intuitive consultant who will offer steps to take toward deepening intuitive skills.

The second program features Colleen Takagishi, RD, CSO, LDN, presenting Eating Well in America, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., March 11.

The Zero Balancing Wellness Center provides hands-on holistic health services to the northern suburbs and greater Chicagoland area. Specializing in gentle, therapeutic bodywork for stress reduction and wellness support and pain management, the center offers the benefits of a Zero Balancing session to maximize and amplify health and well-being.
