Brain Education TV is a new YouTube channel and resource to help people activate their innate brain power, create the life they want and build strong and loving relationships. These practical, how-to videos present Ilchi Lee’s principles of Brain Education to, “Take back your brain,” through meditation, simple stretches, tips for emotional stability and more.        A new podcast show features Dr. Reed Tuckson, a leading voice in health care and medicine, interviewing experts on medicine and spirituality and connecting their insights with the principles of Lee’s book I’ve Decided to Live 120 Years.
