Chicago IANDS Celebrates 20 Years
The 20th anniversary of the Chicago International Association for Near-Death Studies (IANDS) will be celebrated from 2 to 5p.m., May 12, at the Frank Auditorium, in the NorthShore Evanston Hospital, with great food, a party atmosphere and a special near-death speaker, Robin Landsong, who was abducted at age 8 and taken to Rhodesia. There will also be some bookstore specials.
Diane Willis had a near-death experience in the spring of 1995 and was told that she was to help people lose their fear of death, but wasn’t told how to do that. After her experience, she was connected with her guides on the other side, and they began instructing her on what to do to start Chicago IANDS.
Admission is a requested donation of $20. Location: Frank Auditorium in Evanston Hospital NorthShore University HealthSystem, 2650 Ridge and Central, Evanston. Free covered parking. For more information, call 847-251-5758 or visit ChicagoIands.org.
