Grand Re-Opening Celebration at Total Body Yoga

Total Body Yoga (TBY) has been completely renovated and re-opens with a celebration from 1 to 5 p.m., September 18, under the new ownership of Adam Braun, formerly of Avani Yoga Studio, in Buffalo Grove. Guests can participate in several free demo classes including all levels/family yoga, Tai Chi and belly dancing. Stop by for free acupuncture mini-sessions and refreshments. Yoga classes will be raffled, including a chance to win free yoga for a year.

TBY is a family yoga center with a strong sense of community, and offering more than 50 classes per week, including adult, teen, kids, pre-natal and family yoga. TBY offers acupuncture, Thai yoga bodywork and other various healing therapies.
