Give Spyrl a Whirl

SPYRL will co-host a Spinal Health Open House event with Healthsmart from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., November 2, in downtown Highland Park, with free chair massages, Gyrotonic demos and a raffle. If current SPRYLbrclients bring a friend to the studio and they make a purchase, they will receive one free Gyrotonic session.

Gyrotonic experts will give hands-on demonstrations of the specialized equipment that suits their specific spinal needs. Dr. Jason Langslet, of HealthSmart, will speak about the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association technique he implements, which is a gentle, accurate chiropractic adjustment focused on C1 misalignments. They concentrate on the upper cervical spine and its influence on the central nervous system and brain stem function.
