The Edgar Cayce Holistic Center will present Your Destiny Gift and Past-Life Regression, with David Birr and Susan Wisehart, MS, LMFT, CHT, from 1 to 4 p.m., September 11, online via Zoom. Wisehart will lead a group past-life regression to remember a lifetime where participants fulfilled their Soul purpose/destiny gift.
Edgar Cayce defined destiny as the result of our choices to follow or not follow the guidance of the soul. The five elements in the Chinese medicine system (fire, water, earth, wood and metal), based on birth date, assist in identifying core life challenges/destiny gifts. We each have three aspects of the five elements: basic personality, unconscious defenses and core soul lesson/gift.
Birr will focus on the third aspect; for example, if the lesson is to transform the challenge of worry, anxiety and victimhood into the gift of compassion, empathy and healthy boundaries.
