Co-owner William (Chef Beau) Blackburn, is a private chef, food coach and educator focused on helping people to eat delicious, anti-inflammatory, autoimmune meals that are nutritionally hardy, custom-made, mostly organic, non-GMO and allergen-friendly. He says their seasonal menus are especially beneficial by reducing inflammation for those facing the diagnosis of a disease, syndrome or other chronic conditions.

The Klean Kitchen approach focuses on how the food we eat impacts our physical, behavioral and emotional well-being. Blackburn and his team also offer in-home food coaching services with several options: custom prepared and packaged, delivered to home; cooked in the kitchen for a private dinner; and prepared for a wedding, party or event.
