1:1 coaching to create and maintain healthful habits
My integrative coaching uses evidence-based strategies to help clients create and maintain healthful habits. Common topics are nutrition, sleep hygiene, and exercise but can also include creating a healthier home or office and managing work-life balance.
Because I take a whole-person approach, positive changes in one area often create shifts in other areas. So A LOT of good things can come out of coaching!
My Master's Degree is in Counseling Psychology, and I received my coach training and certification from Duke Integrative Medicine. I work with people across the US but am local to Milwaukee and Chicago.
