Every Tuesday morning, 7-8am, men and women meet for breakfast at Colonial Cafe on Randall Road, St. Charles. This is the Tri Cities Exchange Club. They join together for prevention of child abuse, to support local youth programs, advance Americanism and create a better community. Exchange is a National Organization.
