Festivus for the Restivus

It’s time for Festivus! This Saturday 12/28 at 9am, come in to air your grievances to the pole (aka barbell) and partake in the Feats of Strength! This will be a free workout for any that would like to attend. Future events will be $20 per person to cover the cost of the rental for the space. All fitness levels and age groups are welcome. The class will begin with a brief introduction on the movements that will be part of the workout, how to execute them properly under intensity during the workout as well as review how each part of the workout applies to daily life. Feedback is given throughout the workout based on each individuals execution of the movements in order to get a safe and effective, injury free workout. In addition to reviewing the movements with the group, each person will be shown how to scale the movements based on their current fitness level so that you get a good workout in without being in pain the next day.
