Open Reiki Circle

Come join us for a healing Open Reiki Circle where we'll exchange positive energy and promote healing together! All are welcome to destress.

Come join Tina McDonald at The Agape House for a relaxing and rejuvenating evening of energy healing. Whether you're new to Reiki (Japanese energy healing) or a seasoned practitioner, this event is open to all. Share your positive vibes, connect with like-minded individuals, and experience the power of Reiki in a supportive environment.

Don't miss this opportunity to recharge and unwind in a welcoming space filled with good energy. We can't wait to see you there!

Here's what typically happens at a Reiki Share event: Opening Circle: The event usually starts with a brief meditation to help everyone center themselves and create a calm, focused environment. This helps participants tune into the energy and prepare for the exchange. If you are not Reiki attuned, Tina will give you a temporary Reiju blessing to provide temporary attunement for the evening to give Reiki.

Healing Sessions: The main part of the event involves giving and receiving Reiki. People may pair up or form small groups. One person will act as the "sender," channeling Reiki energy to another person, who is the "receiver." Sessions often last around 15-20 minutes, depending on the number of participants. The energy flows through the practitioner, who typically places their hands lightly on or near the receiver's body.

Group Sharing: After the healing sessions, participants may gather to share their experiences. This could involve discussing what sensations, feelings, or insights they experienced during the Reiki exchange. It’s also a time for participants to offer support and encouragement.

Closing: The event generally concludes with a closing circle, where participants express gratitude for the experience and each other. A final meditation or grounding practice may be included to help everyone leave feeling balanced and centered. Reiki Shares are inclusive and welcoming, and they offer a supportive environment . The energy exchange can feel very nourishing, and it's often described as a way to both heal and learn.
