While the season invites us outward into activity and connection, it can also leave us feeling scattered, depleted, and disconnected from ourselves. Return to Center is an invitation to pause. Join us for a deeply restorative evening of sound healing and Reiki designed to help you quiet the noise, release tension, and reconnect with the calm, grounded center that exists within you. Through healing sound, gentle energy work, and intentional rest, you'll be supported in letting go of what no longer needs to be carried and returning to a place of balance, clarity, and inner peace. Special guest sound healer Betty Geroulis will guide you into a deeply relaxed and meditative state through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. As you rest, Reiki practitioners Tina and Dan Santana will offer gentle, hands-off energy healing to support energetic alignment, relaxation, and renewal.
