This guided meditation and sound bath experience invites you into a calming, supportive space where the energies of the Archangels are called in to offer comfort, clarity, and healing.

Each gathering focuses on a specific Archangel and their unique qualities — such as protection, healing, love, guidance, and emotional balance — creating a nurturing experience that is both grounding and uplifting.

During each session, you will be guided through:

A calming opening to help you settle and feel safe

A gentle, accessible guided meditation

A deeply restorative sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, and resonant instruments

Quiet time for rest, integration, and reflection

No experience with meditation or spiritual practices is necessary.

This is not about “doing it right” — it’s about receiving support, slowing down, and reconnecting with yourself in a welcoming community.
