Midwest Yoga Conference

The Midwest Yoga Conference, now in its 12th year, will be held May 19 through May 22. This is a great opportunity to join with other like-minded individuals and explore the many beneficial aspects of yoga.

The lineup this year includes yoga teachers, speakers, musicians, intuitives and healers. This four-day event is held at the beautiful Hilton Indian Lakes Resort in Bloomingdale, just 20 minutes outside the city and close to the Elgin-O’Hare Expressway and Route 355 South. Thursday’s program features sessions with Jonny Kest, David Romanelli, Max Strom, Saul David Raye, Daren Friesen and Dr. Indu Arora. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are filled with yoga workshops and special events of all kinds, with world-renowned teachers Seane Corn, Brock and Krista Cahill, Janet Stone, Les Leventhal and many more.

The yoga bazaar, open all weekend, will offer eclectic and practical products for the yoga enthusiast, from handmade jewelry and organic clothing to eco-friendly, biodegradable yoga mats and props. Early registration ends April 10.
