Ignite the Feminine Spirit in Lake Forest

Ignite Your Spirit 2012, a one-day retreat facilitated by Chris Moses, of Featherheart Holistic Paths, and Professional, Certified Coach Faith Curtis, will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., January 14, in Lake Forest.

The intention of the event is for women to rekindle their light, open their heart and renew their connection with Spirit in 2012. It is an opportunity to reflect, let go and begin a new cycle of growth with a group of women with which they feel safe and inspired to embrace their radiance, as well as the divine light within.

Participants will release and heal old patterns and beliefs, create new ways of being and experience transformation for their journey by discovering openings, planting seeds and embracing possibilities.
