Joann Lysiak, an energy specialist, activator and gemstone energy artist with Joann Lysiak Gems, will offer free 20-minute Zoom consultations from May 4 through 21 to help participants explore personalized energy solutions.

“You are here to create the life of your dreams, and in order to do so, your vibration must be a match energetically to what you desire,” says Lysiak. “Maybe you desire to reduce your stress, to be in a state of inner peace, find your perfect mate or raise your spiritual consciousness. However, if you don’t have what you desire, there is something energetic blocking you that needs to be released or transmuted.”

During sessions, Lysiak uses energy testing to assess chakras, emotional triggers and other potential blocks. She then applies various energy modalities intended to “release the charge, transmute the energy and shift it to a higher frequency,” helping clients feel lighter and more aligned. She says that once emotional charge is diffused, individuals may find it easier to change habits and move toward desired outcomes.
