Celebrate Father’s Day With Cars, BBQ and Wellness in Northbrook

Health Clarified will host its Father’s Day Performance & Recovery Pop-In from 4 to 7 p.m. on June 5 at its Northbrook office, offering an afternoon of family-friendly activities that focuses on wellness, recovery and community connection.
The event will feature award-winning barbecue from the Soul & Smoke food truck, lawn games, live demonstrations and interactive recovery experiences. Fathers are invited to bring classic cars, hot rods, performance vehicles and specialty cars for a community car show in the parking lot.
Guests can receive complimentary posture and foot scans and attend demonstrations on psoas and hip flexor stretching, foam rolling for recovery, and strategies to improve movement, mobility and performance. Information on cardiovascular and liver health screenings will also be available, with attendees able to schedule future blood draws during the event.
