Estrogen Dominance and Women’s Well-Being

One in 10 women experiences depression at least once in their lifetime in the United States, according to a U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention study. A majority of women are also unsatisfied with their bodies, especially when it comes to their periods, and premenstrual syndrome is so severe for some that it interferes with daily life.
