A Farmers’ Market in November?

No, it’s not too cold. On November 13, shoppers can purchase eggs, cheese, maple syrup, produce, bread, pastries, salsas, meat (no kosher or halal) and natural beauty products from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., in Atherton Hall at Countryside Unitarian Universalist Church, in Palatine. Entry is free, with parking in two lots. Entrance to the farmers’ market is through the south (main) entrance.

Countryside Unitarian Universalist Church is a liberal, creedless religious institution, founded on Judeo-Christian principles, and encourages each individual to seek his or her own spiritual path. Sunday services begin at 9:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. The facility is handicap accessible and is located at, between Northwest Highway and Dundee.
