Try a Healy Session from Flotstone
The Flotstone Flotation Therapy Center, in Lake Bluff, is now offering a complimentary Healy Session (an energetic support analysis and relaxing rebalancing) for existing membership clients. New monthly memberships are available for $69. The first smartphone-controlled, wearable frequency device provides portable support to boost the immune system, relieve stress and anxiety and sharpen focus, naturally bringing mental clarity and easing pain. Healy analyzes individual, unique frequency vibrations and lists the top five frequencies needed and applies them to one’s body, mind and spirit.
Flotstone offers 60- and 90-minute float sessions to accommodate clients’ schedules. Customers can purchase individual float sessions, multi-float packages, single sauna visits, or sauna and float combinations. “Floating has cumulative benefits, so the more you do it, the easier it gets for the body to respond, instead of react, to stimuli. Over time, people find they’re more intuitive, in a better vibrational sequence and more in tune with their heart consciousness,” says co-owner Patrick McMurray.
Although people use floating for a variety of reasons, one of the most immediate benefits is that flotation therapy allows the body to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
