Recipe: Maisha's Favorite Lunch Smoothie

“When you cherish your temple, you are mentally guided to take care of it like a newborn baby. You will give it the love and nurturing it needs on a daily basis. Being mindful of what you consume is a great way to start. Smoothies are easy and fast to make. This is one of my favorites when I need energy and life!” says Maisha Wynn, of Live To Wynn.
Yields: one serving
1 cup strawberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric
1 Tbsp flaxseed oil
1 small, ripe avocado
Handful spinach
Blend all ingredients into a smoothie and enjoy.
