Meditation teacher Sharon Salzberg, author of Real Change, will speak at 10 a.m., August 14, via Zoom. She’ll provide a road map to guide participants in challenging times with clarity, calm, heartfulness, equanimity and resiliency to effect real change.

The event will include opportunities to practice loving kindness and guided meditations suitable for beginning and more experienced meditators.

“Equanimity is about living life, no matter what arises, with an open and responsive heart. It is a steadiness of mind and a calm understanding that enables you to be with the constantly changing and shifting landscape of the world,” says Salzberg.

Cost: $95/$85; payment due 10 days in advance. CEUs available. Participants receive a Zoom link for live viewing and a recording for later viewing. For more information and to register, visit InfinityFoundation.org.
