Marathon Wellness, a new virtual wellness practice founded by Rachel Kermen, M.D., is now offering personalized care that focuses on brain health, mental well-being and cognitive longevity for adults and adolescents ages 15 and older.
Based in the Chicagoland area, Kermen is triple board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, integrative medicine and lifestyle medicine, with advanced training in brain health and metabolic psychiatry. Through a physician-led team approach, Marathon Wellness combines conventional medical expertise with personalized lifestyle medicine, nutrition, targeted supplements, and metabolic and genetic insights.
The practice specializes in concerns such as memory and cognitive health, dementia prevention, depression, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, stress resilience and support for lifelong brain health. Care plans are individualized to address potential root causes and support long-term wellness.
“Many factors that influence cognitive and mental health are modifiable. By addressing underlying contributors through personalized, holistic and interdisciplinary care, we help individuals build resilience and achieve lasting brain health and emotional well-being,” says Kermen.
Complimentary 15-minute discovery calls are available for individuals interested in learning more about the practice and determining whether its services may be a good fit.
