Kulesza Accepting New Clients for Counseling

Robin Kulesza, MA, LCPC

Robin Kulesza, MA, LCPC, of RK Therapy Solutions, in Schaumburg, is accepting new clients, including children, teens and adults. She states, “Sometimes we have experiences or fears that seem to hold us back from reaching our true potential. Childhood events, family changes, traumatic experiences or fear of the unknown can keep us stuck in a place that’s difficult to bypass.”

She uses many exciting modalities such as mindfulness training, relaxation techniques, guided imagery, music and art which can enhance the experience of counseling and offer new ways of healing, in addition to traditional talk therapy.

“Spending time with a licensed counselor can help free you from old baggage and give you courage to pursue a life you want, but have been afraid to pursue. As your partner on this journey, we’ll collaborate on a plan for moving forward with your life in order to reach your potential,” says Kulesza. She has firsthand experience with the stressors that go along with high-demand careers, family demands and different stages of life.
