First developed by Dr. Edward Bach, an English physician and bacteriologist, in 1928 as a simple self-help method for well-being, the system is safe and affordable.

Teaching about flower remedies for more than two decades, Bennington, owner of Awakening Hearts, LLC, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is a Bach Foundation-registered practitioner and international education program instructor who offers courses, consultations and presentations. This course is also the first step for those that wish to become a Bach Foundation-registered practitioner.
