Spend a Day Renewing Your Life’s Purpose




Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi will celebrate Healthy Living Day from noon to 3 p.m., July 28, at the Evanston Ecology Center, as part of their ongoing support for SEED for Health, a national health campaign run by the nonprofit Earth Citizens Organization.

       This event is all about learning to create our own natural health and wellness and living a sustainable life. Participants will celebrate a vibrant, inspired life, engage in learning to live with a purpose, and pick up some healthy living tips. They’ll experience longevity training methods, enjoy mindfulness exercises, watch exciting performances, get an aura reading, win raffle prizes and more.

 

Admission: $20, includes a copy of the book I’ve Decided to Live 120 Years: The Ancient Secret to Longevity, Vitality, and Life Transformation, by Ilchi Lee, and a coupon for a free introductory session.
