Arya Bhavan Restaurant Expands Raw Vegan Menu

Arya Bhavan has just expanded its raw menu offerings, transitioning from a Monday-night-only raw platter to a full à la carte raw menu available every day for dine-in, delivery and takeout. The restaurant continues to find new ways to satisfy the palate of health-conscious people all over Chicago with vegan, gluten-free, raw, organic dishes. Signature dishes include mung bean sprouts, Indian burritos, raw pizza, and chocolate brownies, all prepared with an Indian twist.

Arya Bhavan’s monthly raw meal plans provide a healthy and balanced diet and are perfect for people that want to lose weight, detox, regain mental and physical vitality or have nutritional deficiencies and special dietary requirements. Allergen-free meals are available as part of the plan and are prepared in a separate kitchen to avoid cross-contamination.

Food is prepared with no GMO, no MSG, no artificial flavors, low sodium and no canned food. Oil and sugar are kept well at bay and most of the ingredients are organic. Every dish is made with a good mix of ayurvedic spices that provide health benefits.
