Best-Ever Hot Chocolate
Yields: 2 servings
16 oz (2 cups) almond milk (homemade is
best, or other plant-based “mylk”)
3-4 Tbsp maple syrup or date nectar
2 tsp tapioca or arrowroot flour
¼ cup cacao
or carob powder
